These individuals should be able to prove that they have a job offer from a company operating in the UK, that they have the needed skills and the right salary level, and that they should be able to speak and understand the English language. The minister also said that the new immigration system of the UK would be looking at a broader skills range to bring in all the needed immigrant workers that the country needs.
