New Language Examination Has Been Approved For Use In Immigration Applications To Canada

How the test works

 

The Pearson PTE Essential exam is digital. Those who would be taking the test would be doing it via the Pearson VUE, Pearson’s platform. The test that would be used by potential immigrants to Canada would be using Artificial Intelligence to check the answers and give a score. It would also be collecting biometric data. Aside from these, the PTE Essential test would also be using voice recognition for the part of the test that checks the applicants’ speaking skills. The technologies used are definitely cutting edge and have been designed to ensure that the test results are highly accurate in checking the language proficiency of the applicants in the English language.
